Loading data stuck on 49.54% and other percentages

So I've been having this problem on and off with BBS in which when I load up a level, the loading data gets stuck at 49.54 or other percentages and stay there. Is there any way to fix that?

have not had that issue, the only issue i have had since i started 4 months ago is getting stuck at 100% with "downloading additional data" on and off. resulting in having to close the game
