Lost all data
The other day, Windows forced upgraded to Win 11 but failed. I ended up having to reinstall Win 10. Went to play Bleach today, and all my stuff is gone. Is there a way to recover my account?

Before the nuttiness/forced upgrade, did ya make a KLab ID and linked your BBS account to it? That way ya can send KLab an SOS and quickly get your stuff back.

Sadly I did not, as I didn't know I had too. I figured it was attached to my steam. But I guess not.

u can recover the account if u send a recover request to klab via email
i did it and i got it back
only they ask u some stuff from ur account. like "first character pulled" and the one u got from the tutorial

Sadly it didn't work for me. However the fact that they couldn't pull the account back by the orbs I bought was BS. Linked me account to klab now....

If you didn't connect your profile with a Klab ID or smth else I'm afraid you lost the acc forever
