I always saw Chad as someone who'd defend the weak (as established in early episode where he defends a little bird character, or that old dude that taught him to defend instead of pick fights), but now he became a boxer and punches normal people on daily basis, and since he's a fullbringer there's no way he's not using that power to some degree.
Bamco made a similar game Gintama rumble but it never had a western release, still pissed about it.
They can also let Arc do a fighting game like dbz fighterz which would really put bleach in the spotlight.
I know Bandai and Koei are common for anime games, but when was the last time they made a game based on something that completely blew you away? For their asking price, quality should be through the roof, but most of the time they're just serviceable/mediocre games.
