Free 5 stars and 4 stars quest

Hello,
In quest mode, there are free characters to get bzeen 5* and 4*.
in french it's Avènement.
Are those chars, been good for normal gameplzay, or they are just here to upgrade 6* units ?

I thought 5* was only found to lottery system, i'm a bit surprised, i just begin the game thanks :)

If you are talking about the raid characters you can use them for gameplay if you just started, they can also be used to upgrade you others characters, and if you get them to lvl 100 you will be rewarded 50 spirit orbs

Is there a way to know a character is a raid character if not checking encyclopedia or a website ?

There should be a style difference to the frame added.
Why not showing the full frame name under team selection ?

Character with silver stars, refer to Raid characters. 5-star raid characters cannot level up to 6-star.

Oh that information is pretty usefull, as i was begining to upgrade soultree to raid characters, i will do it then only on chars i really like, for chill purpose, and fun only.
