Tutorial 3 is Broken
At the point after you select your self-propelled Artillery, there seems to be no way to open it's Unit info Screen. The tutorial is broken there.

What set of controls are you using? Depending on it you have you click with either Middle Mouse button (ie Mouse wheel) or Right mouse button (If you use Legacy controls)
Also try clicking on the corresponding UI buttion (with Ammo, Fuel, and Move points).
If it does not work - let me know.

Opps, Sorry. I didn't realise that you had to press middle mouse, after selecting unit. It worked. :)
