Definitely not. You can still play multiplayer, though, if you have a ping of less than 200 to one of these servers: https://www.gametracker.com/search/rordh/

There is no single player mode in this game, but multiplayer is very good. Remember that this game was released in 2006. It might feel a little "rough" today.

You can still play it solo, the bots still work on the stock maps if you need more maps they are here http://www.red.orchestra.pl/archiwum/plug.php?e=maps&game=redorchestra

"Single Player" is just multiplayer with bots

If you're like me and prefer playing with bots, you might enjoy it

But it's not a full-fledged singleplayer game. Nowhere close
