Reset game progress?

Is there a way to entirely reset the game? I've played a long time ago and I don't remember how to play the game. Even if I start a new run I start in a place without any tutorial or directions to go or what to do. I have the tutorial option enabled and to show the intro video.

Main menu, top right. There should be a button to manage saveslots. Just select an empty one or clear the current one and you should be good to go :)
