unlocking all villagers?

how long has it taken people to get all villagers? i have done enough runs with wyrdhunter to get him to lvl 20, and can play it at level 3. also run the necromacer a few times. now, after at least a dozen complete runs, neith refuses to show. am i missing something, or does the rng just despise me on this save file? getting annoyed since i cant purchase stat upgrades or change out outfits

i've already unlocked all characters up to level 20 on another save file, and found out i screwed up a few of the quests so i decided to make a new save.

I don't think it took me a dozen runs. Have you checked back in with the campfire guy since you picked up your latest villager? I'm not sure if talking to him has any effect.

yep. tried talking to him. no response

Rng can at times be really bad. Try clicking “take a break” instead of “continue” at the end of a run. It seems to reset the rng pool at times. Not sure what exactly might be up there tho
