Anyone run into NPC that is looking for a runestone?
Which one do we give her?

I don't believe that she wants one that we can actually give. I haven't finished the quest chain yet, but the one she is missing was specifically a gift between herself and her son.

it has to do with another NPC, so no runestone will do it

There is no 'correct' runestone to give her. After you give her... 3 or 4? She tells you more of her story and gives a quest.
