Different Endings after true ending

So i was wondering how much different the last scene after the true ending credits is depending on the partner u choose.
I did choose Alisa and got a scene where Rean was in his dormitory room, had a picture of him and Alisa on the table, got a msg from her and most likely went out to see her.

Can you guys tell me the other endings how it differs would be nice to know :o

Same scene, the only difference is the picture and the name on the ARCUS.

Ok that feels really lazy tbh thought they would make at least a bit more effort there but whatever. Then i only have to repeat the finale bonding events to see all different options there.
But holy was i surprised when i loaded my clear file to get a secret epilouge x.x

The additional epilogue about Ouroboros? That was interesting tbh. Here's hoping Hajimari no Kiseki comes out by the end of 2021 but that's wishful thinking.

I'm betting end of 2022 for PC, since it hasn't even been localized yet

It always was lazy. if you improted CS1 save to CS2, all it did change, apart from items, a photo in Rean's flashback, CS3 scrapped the entire idea all together to implement it again in CS4 to some extent (Emma and Alisa have 1 additional different cutscene depending on whom you chose).
