Which voice actors changed from CS3?

Giliath Osborne definitely changed. (BTW all the names above my post have definitely changed according to the IMDB listings). Someone with more patience than me can continue looking, but It doesn't seem as though there are that many changes.

This is unfortunately the sort of thing that can happen in years long series. Considering the fact that they got the original Estelle and Joshua's english voice actors, I think this is just a case where people were stuff happened.

Since Matt Mercer is back for Olivier, Marisha Ray's (Matt Mercer's wife) absence is probably due to the fact that she was busy, perhaps with Critical Role stuff, and wasn't available. This is the sort of thing that can happen on years long nicheish projects that only need voice actors sporadically.

We're just unlucky.

It's not just the years between releases or the company change that likely resulted in some of this... but rather the changes between CS3 & CS4 is likely a lot to do with COVID. Some voice actors couldn't work from home or make it work out during the pandemic and NISA couldn't or wouldn't delay the PS4 release of October 2020. So changes had to be made in order to get things done.

The same thing happened with FUNimation's Simuldubbed anime. Quite a few voice actors were unavailable or couldn't setup the required equipment in a noise-free part of their home and thus series either got delayed or casting changes happened so that projects could continue moving forward.

On that note, wish NISA could do some audio adjustments for CS4 due to some of the voice recordings.

It wasn't unbearable to me, the main issue was audio balancing and such due to covid and probably due to different recording environments.

I've never seen anyone ever post a full & comprehensive list of every single VA change in CS4, including all side characters.

Has anyone ever made one?

Does anyone even know that information?

By the way, in CS4 did they change the Schera VA from Trails in the Sky, or is it the same one?

Victor S Arseid was change after the first battle with McBurn. His original voice went to the now Lt. grey hair dude was voiced as (principal in cold steel 1 & 2)
