I wouldn't get too attached to Rean if I were you. It's only gonna become less Rean-centric from here on. Not that I don't like him, but his presence has been a cancer on the writing.
Well, yes and no. You are technically correct that this is the last Trails of Cold Steel game and wraps up most of the plot-lines in this arc. But also, only because the next game, which is already out in Japanese, is not Sen no Kiseki V, despite the fact that it clearly has Rean, Class VII, etc. It is Hajimari no Kiseki.
Here's the trailer, but be warned that it does spoil some things about IV. None of it should surprise you if you're used to Falcom's writing in this arc, but don't watch it if you're sensitive about that.

If you've played CS III, you're surely aware of Sky and Crossbell. Cold Steel was not the first arc, and Falcom has said from the beginning that it is not the last either.
Nah, I'm not one of those. In fact, I'm still playing with English voice because CS originally only had English voice. Most of the voices are even better than before. The only disappointment is Laura.
The English trailers for these games are just trash when compared to the Falcom ones. Cold Steel II, III, and IV all included.
Edit: No offense intended towards "Japanophiles" either.
In CS 1 & 2 they let all the kids in the class do their assignments while out on the field without teachers hounding them every step, so why couldnt they do it the same this time?
This is a very long game if you do everything.
