How do i get the Konami Code Achivement? (SPOILERS)

I saw an achivement in the Museum that had these 3 hints:
1. I love arcade games
2. The most famous cheat code
3. Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A.
I tried doing this in all 4 games, with both the WASD and Arrows, but it didn't work. Do i have to connect a controller or something?
Please assist me.

If I recall, you do it at the title screen of Perfect Space before you insert a token. Just use the arrows keys and B A on the keyboard.
