I dont get era hits

Hey there. I created a blueprint with 0 attack modules and only a few reflect modules. I wanted to farm the last two era elemtns (water and darkness). When I check the screen I didnt got a single era hit, but instead still killing the enemies. How is it possible to kill an enemy with reflect, but not getting any hit? Please, help!

go to town stats, click on Water, darkness, and generic resistance, and disable all of the modifiers

I cannot deactivate since I do not get enough hits to unlock the research.

The enemy has to deal more than one point of damage against you in order to count as being hit. Modules that block or evade hits will completely prevent hits, and very high resistances can divide your incoming damage to be less than one. Focus on increasing your health rather than decreasing your damage taken, and you will be able to farm hits much faster. Shield is also an option early on.

Hope this helps. Also, the same mechanic can be used in a lot of challenges. Reflected damage can be massively increased using modules that multiply incoming damage, often instantly killing attackers. Makes a lot of challenges easy enough that you don't even need a guide!
