I am confused how to actually get this one. the wiki really doesn't help with it per say.

On Region 14 - Universe, every 3 minutes or so, a comet will travel across the top right corner of the screen. Click on it. (I recommend turning off X2 or X3 speed, I couldn't click it when it was sped up.)

if you have super multishot equipped the turtle appears right away

Launch your drones. when you unlock PP floor 2, you start with 1 drone already so you can immediately launch it.
