I think I found an unbeatable Blueprint
So, sometimes this one has a false start or two, and this only works in Era and Infinity, but I've pushed tens of thousands of infinities (at something like 2.5 infinities per second due to how fast this kills) with this blueprint.

There are a couple things you have to do to make it work, though.

First, again, you must be *at least* at the Era stage in the place you want to progress in, oddly, the stronger the better.

Second, you should immediately use Temporal barrier at the start. Personally, I have it scripted. If you need more time, there was extra room, so you can immortality shield if it's about to end before you get the next step done...

Finally, you should fully divide/disable ERA HP, but NOT ERA Damage while Temporal Barrier is keeping you safe. I'm not sure it matters, but I also disable Light right away to prevent purify getting out of hand. Later, you can disable water and earth, and maybe even universal if you go long enough, but only to potentially make it kill faster.


How I think this works: So the BP is tanky enough that temporal barrier makes it essentially immortal for the first 30 seconds while you get some exp. After that, the enemy is swinging at you for insane damage, since Era Damage is still going strong, but their HP has been divided to normal levels. Universal shield is blocking the first two hits you take, and the first hit hits you for insane amounts, of which you take zero, but also reflect 75% back at the enemy while simultaneously dividing their hp with infinity reflection.

The end result (with effects turned off) looks like a constant stream of enemies just being poured into your tower, with no stopping whatsoever even with all software turned on. Sometimes it gets off to a bad start for no reason I can discern, though. If that happens, just load up the area a time or two more and it should get self sustaining pretty quickly.

Use responsibly, as it can and will completely break the game in half, I think.

you're not the first one to figure out this strategy. it used to be even more powerful before the devs changed universal shield's priority so that it explicitly does not work with reflect how you describe it here, since a 2 module combo to become an invincible tower is a bit too broken. all the reflect damage is being sustained by your other blocks (e.g. daigoparry and cat), so if enemies attack you too quickly, you'll die. this is less of an issue in lower infs, but higher inf enemies have a higher base attack speed. for me, with my 1b+ infs on chaos impossible and t100+ modules, i can barely survive a couple minutes with this. that's still impressive, but it's also not unbeatable.
furthermore, there are a number of modules in your blueprint that you can get rid of as they do not help with this strategy. namely, all the hp and resistance modules.

edit: this modified bp should work much better at very high infs. since the only concern is enemy attackspeed being too high, lowering that is a priority. it's still not perfect, but it doesn't die in 3 minutes on my end

Thank you very much! I had no idea people were at such high infinities out there. I'll gladly give it a look. I really had no idea how it was sustaining itself, and it was hard to tell up[on making tweaks what was breaking it versus what was just bad luck.

Also, thank you kindly to the Discord member that brought the build there for inspection as well as I am unable. Keep up the good work progressing our study of the game. :gk_heart:

hmm, oddly when I tried the other build, I died the first 5 times or so, even after disabling wince and such in the infinity modules. Switching back I'm able to cruise onward again. I wonder if perhaps it has something to do with your anvil stats or the like? Not exactly something I can replicate.

For the record though, I'm only at 3.3 m impossible chaos, so perhaps there's more at play there as well. I do know that this build seems to struggle the easier the map/difficulty gets, so there's still a lot of things I don't know here.

that is likely the case. i sometimes forget i am very much an endgame player with very high stats.
at the least, your original bp works wonders for early inf, which is more than enough for most people

So, based on Floof's explanation of how they suspect it works, I made a few adjustments and it's somehow become even more unreasonably hearty. Still not sure it can handle easier difficulties, as this ironically does better the harder the content, but for what I can see and test in the harder difficulties, Power of the cat consistently stays much higher with these tweaks. I've edited the original post to change the import codes for both the Blueprint and the AI script. If anyone on the discord is able to update the build there, I'd appreciate it.

As to what I changed, I took out all regen as it was useless, added reboot and a lin in the starter script to use it, and also put in quantum fading. Being under 50% hp gives the tower extra parry chance from Shelter, and quantum fading gives a period of invulnerability every 20 seconds automatically, hopefully giving your Power of the cat time to recharge if it's struggling.

Edit: Made yet another revision, ditching all foundations/max health for a shield. This enabled me to enable yet more types of blocking stray blows. I'm actually not sure this BP is capable of dying anymore.

I was under the impression that Steini's Chained Ball didn't work with reflected damage. I tested it on my own defensive built and there was no difference in damage. Was I mistaken?

I think the reason Steini's Chained Ball is there is because it lowers the enemies' attack speed if they copy this specific module.

The above is correct, and also I wanted to attack slower myself given that the enemies would have reflect. The only reason I had a red module at all is for the fulfillment of contracts.

For people wondering: Chaos -> Easy -> Era 1+ -> disable universal power -> wait until you die, go back to town and check if u got the module. Repeat.

Edit2: This actually works. I reached infinity 25 for the requirement (previous best was 15). Though it's quite slow, it actually allows you to gain a lot of infinities. Thanks a lot OP

Edit3: Perhaps it's this slow cause I divide era power, I'll check to see if it works better with it off. -> still quite slow, but it does the job. Just tried it on another map too. If you've reached infinity 1, then it will definitely give a lot of infinity levels. -> I even played on the last region, previous best was infinity 1, now it's reached 15 and still going. Dude this is magic. -> finally reached inf 94 (previous best was 1 remember) lmfao

Same here; one or two updates ago, it suddenly stopped working as well, or at all, for that matter. It's like the damage got reduced to the point where it renders the whole thing unviable.
