This is what I've currently got. It's got every color beam, albeit only one of each.
I just made an improved version of derpykat's setup. Not as clean, but it works.
2 inputs of red, yellow, green, light blue and blue, and 1 input of pink. Unless you're talking about how many particles I get over time, in which case it seems to be around 200-300 particles per second for every color except pink.
I got 2x all colors, it is cheaper, but more messy.
Inspired by you guys I got this setup. Most with 2 collectors, and 2 with 3.

That's actually pretty smart, given that it maximizes the effectiveness of one of the prestige upgrades. From there, it's a matter of adjusting the filters in front of the light sources to get whatever color you need.
Also, I improved upon Chris' setup and it is very messy, though I managed to get at least 3 inputs of each color:

I could get 2 more colors if I moved the prism in the 3rd column to the 4th column. From there, I could either use a splitter under said prism and 2 collectors for +2 blue, or I can use an omnicollector under said prism for +1 green and +1 blue.
Yes, exactly. I tried messing around with the prisms but I personally found them difficult to work with so I ended up doing that. It started out fairly simple and then just got out of hand.
