Question on Item Randomizer

Checked and didn't see this one answered, but are the items in randomize the same amount, like there's only 3 workout charms in the world, they've just been scattered, or is it like every item pickup is completely random, and can be anything no matter how much you already picked up?

Also, can stuff like Whistles, Greed Wallets, and EXP Boosters appear in mining nodes if those are randomized, or just useable items like potions and such?

Answer to my past self
ANYTHING can show up in the nodes, and the contents of every lootable is randomized completely based on the SEED entered at the beginning.

The only set sparkles are quest ones(I think only the Garbage around Parum for that quest), and the Tributes in the Vaults.
