Difference between "Extinction" and the regular Nexomon game?
Pretty much title. I tried googling it, didn't find anything. Tried reading reviews, didn't find anything. And tried searching in these discussion forums, nothing.

I haven't played part 1, you don't need it to understand the story in part 2. From what I heard, "Nexomon:Extinction" is better in every regard than its predecessor. So I would recommend playing part 1 only if you are really interested in the story, or you finished part 2 and want more.

Part 1 was available on mobile and has some mtx, so not sure if you wanna go down that road.

Part 1 Nexomon on Steam doesn't have mtx, all the items can be found in-game. Just a FYI
