This looks like my fav football game

This looks a lot like my fav abandoned football game, FIFA Manager '14. I loved that game how you could do the off pitch upgrades and stuff for your teams sports complexes (base building) along with the traditional team management aspect.

In the store screen of the Club Grounds, are those buildings buildable/upgradable?

Yes, while big Clubs already have most of the stuff on their Club Ground and you don't need to build a lot, you need to take care of smaller Clubs. Most Buildings have their Benefits for Club and Players. If you start with a Club from a smaller Country or 4th League all you have is a Parking Place and 2 Training Courts .... and a lot of Space to work with. Building Stuff on your Club Ground isn't free of course, so your Club needs to make Money till you are able to Upgrade the Club Grounds slowly but surly.

Building Stuff on your Club Ground or Upgrade the Stadium and watch the Results in 3D is a lot of Fun.

But as a Warning .... while the Devs work a lot to make the Game better it isn't perfect yet. There are some Logic Issues, a broken Transfer Market (patched in the next update hopefully) and some other annoying little things. So if you want a actually long-term playable Game now, you maybe should wait.

And if you decide to buy it, don't forget to look into the User Database from fm-zocker.net. It's a lot more fun with real Clubs and Players.

Just European Countrys in their database. But you can download the FM-Patch and install it in your game so you have all European, all South America and some other Countrys. Playable in 77 countries and 101 leagues (all 10 in South America, 11 in North America, 4 in Africa, 8 in Asia, 41 in Europe, 2 in Oceania)

My manager is always getting sick. The game tells me to do more sport and less work a week. I've only been doing quiet weeks with the 2 sports a week but my health bar never improves, HELP?

That point is at moment buggy. You can see your hours this week in your personal. At example my personal says every week i spent 12-14 hours with contracts but i didnt spent just one of them.

Yeah, it is buggy. In the time for contracts the time for matchdays is included. The developer should fix it. We will see...

I got my health bar to go back up halfway but now it won't go any further. Idk what sports are supposed to do, it says in game it helps your health bar but I got mine to rise by doing nothing for 2 weeks but the required league matchdays.

No sports, no scouting, nothing but rest for 2 weeks to get back to half a health bar.

Games = 8 hours
Training = 2 h each
Driving to an away game = 4h (not entirely sure)
....

So all of these hours are also relevant for your health. Maybe 1 day off per week helps you. Also to split some topics to the winter break / start or end of the season

I kinda acknowledge that you will probably want to hit me over my head now :-) But I will still risk it, plz be åatient. I, again appreciate your input here, but plz, before I commit to the game, only one more detail. Can you be a manager in polish division/divisions? Big kudos in advance.

With the OG Database you get the Fake 1st Div
With FM Zocker you get Ektraklasa for now, maybe more divisions later.

When I started my game I only did normal work week hours with twice sports and within a month my person got their health bar dropped down to zero. Than I had to do Nothing at all for 2 weeks and it went up halfway. I have no idea how the stupid system works for this since a normal weeks with sports made it go empty.
