Where are good locations for youth camps? It's a bit overwhelming with so many choices.

What do you mean by "good locations"?
Countries or locations where you can find as many highly talented youth players as possible with little effort?
They don't exist.
The likelihood of finding good young players depends on many factors, not just the location of the youth camp.

Of course, the location itself is a factor, but even more important are the basic requirements such as good youth coaches, boarding school and the international prestige of your club. Also the expansion level and the number of youth camps increase the chance to get good youth players.

Hi - I didn't figure out this one yet unfortunately. But do you know how I even pull them into my youth teams once they appear in the camp? This button is greyed out for me all the time.

The Button is greyed out if they are too young to move them into your U19. They need to be atleast 16 when the Season starts.
