the regeneration trainings are suitable for stamina regeneration, like Active Recuperation and Warmdown.
Furthermore, you can just keep some freetime per week to refill some.
Note that bunching a lot of regeneration or freetime next to each other ends in harshly diminishing returns. best way is to spread out the regeneration bits but also put in a few very straining sessions here and there.
I have been experimenting a little with the regeneration training (warm down and active recup.) and i thought that that regenerated the energie...? however i still dont know exactly how to recover stamina, well i do a little, but you have stamina training (the running) but you also have gymnastic and HIIT training and i dont really know the what does what exactly. Im having a hard time getting my players enough energy and stamina and also giving them good tactics training etc.
I will try and also give them some more rest by giving them a day off, thanks for the tip.
