Power group renaming

For some reason on one of my monks power groups theres no magnifying glass to rename the group. How can i get one to appear?

The only time I can think of when a power item does not have the Magnifying glass is if the item is blank <<New Spell>>

Adding text will give you the magnifying glass or, if you right click on the items icon Far Right under the + that let you add the power, you will see a radial menu pop up that lets you do all sorts of things."

From the radial menu you can add actions which lets you do thins like add damage or list the code for effects, etc.
