Other than that, the main difference is fantasy grounds unity is written in unity and supports cool features like dynamic lighting and line of sight. The old one was 32 bit and didn't.
Oh and unity is cloud based, the old one you needed to host it from your PC which really sucked most of the time if you had low bandwidth.
No it isn't, the new one is still hosted from your machine. The only thing that is cloud based is the brokering so you don't have to use Port Forwarding anymore.
There you go, learn something every day. :)
Fantasy Grounds Unity is our current supported platform. It is backward compatible with any content from classic along with all the newer content we released in the last year. It also has newer enhancements in a wide range of areas - map and image capabilities (image layers, dynamic line of sight & fog of war), game hosting, 64 bit support, native Mac & Linux support, new included content for portraits/tokens/battlemaps. Upcoming releases will add support for sound (Syrinscape and local sounds) and fancy dice packs.
