We do not have an official Dragon Age ruleset. We do have a CoreRPG generic ruleset which will allow you to create and customize your own character sheets for any game.
Here is a video link on the basics for using the CoreRPG ruleset.

Welcome again.

Unfortunately, it does not appear that there is one for Dragon Age at this time.
I don't recommend attempting to create an extension based upon the CoreRPG ruleset that FG_Dave mentioned, but instead use MoreCore, which is a fan-made ruleset created specifically for these type of rules and characters sheet customizations. MoreCore does provide some capability to create a custom character sheet without touching a single XML or script file, and AGE is fairly rules light as far as P'n'Ps and their character sheets go. You might be able to cobble something functional via MoreCore without modifying files. Creating a character sheet that actually looks like the one in the back of the Dragon Age crb though, wouldn't be possible without editing some script and XML files.
I don't want to sound too discouraging here; just trying to be honest about the task and skills required.
Anyhow, GR's Mutant & Masterminds is already available on Fantasy Grounds, so perhaps they're considering porting the AGE system over to FGU. If so, I can't imagine it would be available in 2021, but perhaps next year.
