Having their own vision is fine, disagreeing with the public is some-what fine in some situations. But literally ignoring every helpful feedback in favor of jank THAT DOESN'T EVEN WORK... no. No good will from me, no benefit of the doubt. Making a functional game and not running away from it when it doesn't function is a basic thing in the modern world of game development. If that is NOT a basic thing, that developer does not deserve my money.
and this title is different because they got bigger publisher and thanks to that - bigger budget. it is also single polayer game and from the 12-minutes demo looks awesome.
stop FUDing
I hope the developers will look at this and continue to strive forward and make even better games so they can laugh and joke when looking back on how far they've came. kinda like how the developer of Binding of Isaac ended up. he came from making flash games. good times...
They should stick to point and click games. It is very difficult to mess those up.
The game will be 40 USD.
Just look at the Facial Animations... cringe af
