How to remove a growth plan?

A gladiator that I picked up from a challenge keeps assigning their points, and I don't like what they're doing. How do I turn that off? I can't find a way to do so anywhere.

They're not one of mine, so they're not in the Role Library.

Found it. It's under Tactics. When you're looking at the gladiator in your base, select the Tactics tab, and it's on the bottom of the page. Switch to No Plan.

Figured I'd mention in case someone else doesn't notice it in the future.
