I disconnected then came back and when i deleted 1 trap, it was good again. Hope it works for you aswell ;-)
I have also found that if you lay out all your traps BEFORE building all the blocks that make up the structure of the base this also appears to help. Once you have built the rest of the base, you don't want to add or remove any traps as this seems to cause the bug.
Thanks again for the help! Hopefully this will save me hours or rebuilding the entire base!
In my experience reaching a higher difficulty and then removing defenses until it's at a lower difficulty seems to hold true to what it reports. So crank it up to Brutal and then work your way down to Dangerous. A defense that changes the rating will continue to do so even if you manage to trick it temporarily, it's just a matter of time.
