Mouse & keyboard issues

The location of the dash button in the mouse & keyboard configuration is awful, I died a lot because of it. The game would be a lot easier if the dash button was set to the second mouse button, where it doesn't disturb the handling of the wasd direction keys.

Also, using the E key for dragging boxes while moving them with wasd is clunky. It would be easier if we could drag boxes by holding the left mouse buton while in non-ghost mode.

There's a configuration in-game to change keys, but I think I should also go the Steam Input API route, maybe more people are used to that.
