Useful for design?

Hi, I've been looking for a VR game that allows designing and customizing a home and haven't found anything good. I just remembered that this game is on my wishlist and I'm wondering, does it allow you to create a custom house at all? Like, number of floors and wall positions and all that? If so, I might get it just for that purpose.

I realize this post is almost a year old, but I figure it's worth answering.

The VR version of house flipper is rather limited in terms of interior/exterior design, and generally doesn't let you remodel things like interior walls. The non-VR version of house flipper allows more sophisticated design choices, including remodeling the layout of interior walls and whatnot.
