Viewport navigation locks

Hi! My problem is sometimes 2d or 3d viewport navigation got locked, so i can`t move or rotate it, layers and painting are still working. This often happens when I work in F1 mode. Don`t know how to fix it, helps only restart the program. Is there is some hotkey for locking viewport or is it a bug?

Hello I had that same issue. Then I pressed "F" and after it focused on whatever I had selected it let me move again.
