Hi Rafaaa,
As of now, keyboard & mouse is currently not fully supported in the SteamFest Demo build. However, you should be able to play through the entire experience on any gamepad (Xbox or PlayStation controller). Please note that the final product will have full mouse and keyboard support!
If you have additional feedback that you would like to share or recommend, please share directly here! [forms.gle]
2. Performance is pretty bad for not such cool graphics, loadings is super long. Game using more CPU than AAA games.
Hi There,
Thank you for adding this initial report.
Regarding performance, would you mind sharing what PC specs you are currently using while playing the RV demo?
Quests telling you whether or not they are even possible for you to find in your current location or with your current powers would help make me feel like I'm not just wandering a labyrinthine castle looking for secrets that aren't there also. A quest journal or even a UI symbol would go a long way.
Cool ideas here though, plenty of potential!
In worries, personally I would say:
-lack of feedback in combat
-the camera too close which prevents good information on the position of the enemies.
-the game needs a map
-Placing a back dodge button
-there is a bug with the UI after an ALT+TAB, between the controller and the keyboard/mouse.
I look forward to your game, good luck
First of all, I am 100% on board with the tone and humor you have going on here. I love the jokes, the weird/wacky sound effects.
I laughed out loud when someone saying "POOF" was the sound effect for appearing and disappearing. Although I found the snapping fingers for skills to be a bit confusing as they seemed to dominate over everything else.
The art style is great too! I love the way the characters look, the early 8bit feel of the castle!
The camera fought me a little bit but I'm assuming that will be worked out by release.
I think you've got something really good going on here if you can can dial in on the gameplay and bugs. I hope you folks don't have to work too hard but I think it will be worth the effort to polish this one up, I'll have you on my wishlist and will be eager for release!
*edit*
One other thing, it might be nice to pick which Drac I use from the very start!
Also, give Drac a walking animation. The run looks silly when you're only slightly moving the left stick and they're moving at a snail's pace.
REALLY love the voice acting. Shocked me how much it made me like the characters more, like Medusa is SO GOOD!
-any plans to translate game in french language ?
-what is the estimated lifespan of the game.
