I think it's legit? They answered to someone saying that they will release an official post on Steam soon (3 days ago).

They also said that:

"We had serious difficulties with the programming work because the basic structure of the game ran on the 2011 engine. The patch that will come is based on the patch before "rise of gor". However, since we want to adapt the game to today's times, this has led to major difficulties. The game will run on DirectX 12 resulting in great performance improvements. We also have special graphical improvements such as shadows, textures, character design and much more. There will also be new animations, colors for armor, weapons and mounts. Since we have made big mistakes in the past, we don't want to make them anymore and will create a discord server in the near future where you as a community can have a say in the patches. We have also already completed a large number of the districts on the map that were not finished at the time, which we are gradually incorporating into the patches. To name a few areas that have already been completed: "Tiger Spirite", "Reupperticks", "Malayed", "Noiman Castle", "Remains of Avalon Castle", "Numitorem", "White Ocean".

Besides the lack of links to their homepage or FB group, whoever made this youtube Account misspelled "gameforge" correctly.

"We changed also our publisher rights in reason for gameforce, which have the rights for the patch after "Rise of Gor" for Europe"

I highly doubt, that this is a official Zemi Inc. Account. It's just some fan made account.
