Requirements for 100%?

Hey just wondering what are the requirements for 100% completion.
I know all Squid Hearts, Nuggets, Secrets but do you need every single RNG related Monster Cards and Zapping everything you can?

AFAIK it's Squids and Nuggets. Idk about statues tho, but some of them drop Nuggets so I guess it's better to do all of them. Cards do not count.

Statues themselves are not a requirement for a 100% clear rating on the save file.
I've done 100% without getting the achievement for unearthing all the secrets.

I'm pretty sure squids and nuggets count towards the clear %. What I would like to know is what else does. Mapping areas seem to have an affect on it as well as beating bosses.

I will assume to get a 100% you need to map every single area, including dungeons (by visiting each grid, not only by collecting a map item), and then collecting all squids and nuggets.
