That lobster girl achievement..?

I have to do the whole game without startling her... how do you even do that? She runs away the moment you come close to the window?

I was wondering if there was something like that. At least one of them is pretty easy, you can just crawl under a tunnel in the room and she's fine, that was what made we wonder if you could do it elsewhere. I assume it is just a matter of sticking to the edges of the room with dash and such so you don't get near enough to the window to trigger her.
