HELP with the last 3 missing nexomon

I'm missing the dex entries for 92 Alpoca, 220 Sheral and 232 Cotondee, all three are in the starting area but the spawn change after you finish the game, if someone knows where they are it would be super helpful.

92 Alpoca and 220 Sheral is in early maps after the main char left home. Well its kinda hard to tell without a MAP or Area Name in game...

on these zones now appear lv50+ nexomons, no alpoca :(

try capture alpina and shermit on thundra and froppe outside of nexolord tower and reborn

They aren't listed there, it was the first resource i checked, i also checked a big spreadsheet on the mobile version of the subrebbit but it's incomplete.

Unfortunately reborn doesn't count for dex completion, i have all 3 reborned but they don't count as catched.
I thought they were found in the first zone of the nightmare but after hours i've yet to find any of them.

increase 2 or 3 lvls, then restart the game, that worked for me

Thanks that ended up working, the key point seems to be having the form you miss in party and reloading the game.
Finally i have all the achievements.
