The Lad

Can someone tell me how to complete The Lad's story? I haven't been able to find any guides on him anywhere.

You need to unlock the alley way (can be done with Alex, Charles or Wendy).

I have. I've done the storyline with him hundreds of times using all possible paths. He asks me to get him cigarettes, we have a game with another team, win, and then I never see him again. What are the right answer paths to end his story so I can get the achievment?

There are no wrong answers in Lad's story. Progressing it is the same as with the other side stories - unlock the required location, visit it during free roam and purchase all skills in the corresponding tree (in Lad's case it's bowling).
