When viewing in my library instead of the ribbon with 100% achievements showing it just says no achievements. Any chance this could be fixed?

Is it normal that sometimes I don't earn SP on Level up?

Sometimes, when I level up, I don't earn a SP. Is it normal? For example, when I reached level 12, I didn't earn a SP (I have only 10 SP instead of 11)

i blacked out for an hour and when i came back i had 100%'d the game. i think the spirit of open world games possessed me just to beat this game and left to never return. maybe this was a side quest for the spirit? i dont know, maybe were all playing our own Open World Game: the Open World Game and im just one of the little question marks on some guys map.
