Wow, I'm sorry :'( I'd be infuriated, I worked for 3 days on one of the large beach houses.

I've had that happen twice with House Flipper 1 so I zip up all our saves after each session and move them to desktop with a notation showing the date and time and keep the most recent 3 saves for my daughter and myself (EG 'Profiles-12-24-2023 at 1130am') It's kind of a pain in the butt however better than losing my saves again.

I noticed something that i think is quite dumb. While in sandbox mode there is a save option and a save as option. !st option saves the game however i dont think it saves what you build. The save as option allows you to actually save your build. I dont get why there are 2 options as it will confuse and frustrate players. Maybe i am wrong but thats how they seem to work.

Glad im not the only one. Really sucks especially when I spent days in sandbox building for the competition only to have it all wiped.

Some build stuff is still missing. Like The Column thing in the Start House Kitchen or The Wall type on the stairs in the Start House the red and yellow ones.

Was excited for this game to come out but now disappointed I spent so much money for this game. First off , it is not nearly as good as the first game, The overall feel of game feels slow and weird to me. Second the lack of variety in the building and decorations and furniture, sucks. There is very few choices especially with the pictures, they are basically dumb posters,nothing like the variety from House Flipper 1. The tools are subpar to the tools in House Flipper 1. With all the hype I was so very excited but this second games seems to be a step down from the first House Flipper. I will play it to do quests but would rather go back and play House Flipper 1 which I very much enjoyed.

BabyDoll, this game is actually a lot better than HF1 when HF1 was first released, I take it you started playing HF1 after many, many free updates and not on day one because HF 1 was a huge buggy mess, with save game corruption, massive performance issues (lag down to 12FPS on a gaming rig) serious audio bugs etc, and also very little variety with furniture, most furniture didn't even have color variations until a year or so after release and all those paint colors were added about 2 years after release. I don't believe it's fair to compare a new BASE game to an older one full of dozens of free updates that added thousands of items, plus what? 8 DLCs. I've had HF1 since day one and believe me it was a nightmare at first but patience brought an amazing game.

Secondly you can easily add hundreds of your own pics and why does everyone keep talking about HF1 in the past tense, like it no longer exists, there is nothing stopping you from going back to HF1 when finished with HF2's story. I still have HF1 installed.

Another thing to add is that if you watch the dev streams some of the flipper tools from HF1 actually came from the development of HF2, at first they didn't think they could add those things to the old engine but they figured out a way right around the time that Farm Flipper came out, so HF1 is better because of HF2.

There are also videos of content creators with early access playing as many as 5 months ago on Youtube so anyone could've watched those to see what they'd be getting before spending money.

Have no doubt, the team WILL make this game amazing in the future and hopefully keep their past behavior of giving us thousands of free items with updates, we definitely need more deco, more towels and in bigger sizes, kitchen and desktop deco already in game needs to be fixed so they can stack EG dinner plates and being able to put more than ONE piece of fruit in the fruit bowl. As a whole I really like HF2 and I'm happy knowing how dedicated the team is and what they've brought to HF1 through the years.

Is there any plan to fix the rogue scrolling issue where the menu glitches and makes the game literally unplayable? I havent been able to play the game at all because of this.

I'm having trouble putting away extra Surfaces, and auto save really needs to be put in, I finished the whole upstairs of my house, and went on a job, and it was back to the starting point after.

we need more items, like fire pits, things to bundle cutlery, table clothes, placemats, welcome mats, and more carpets, i know the game is new but there is only so much we can do

also, make the bowls and baking trays stack able

I love dungeons and roaches and would def buy it irl

House Flipper is amazing, however, once I lost all my progress.
I also lost my save file after my electricity went out.
there is a window where you can't paint the outdoor side of it. there are bugs and lacks a lot of things. I know it's just released, but for 17 dollars it isn't worth.

would say mini map is needed in this one as well as being able to buy a empty lot to build your own dream house on
