Custom pictures won't load anymore

Since the most recent update, my user pictures tab just infinitely loads so I can't access any custom pictures. Is anyone else having this problem and have you found a fix? It's really annoying!!!

Mine takes awhile to load the first time while playing, but once loaded it is fine... till next time I play.

It won't allow me to upload pictures, that's what has been going on on my end.

Double-check where your User folder is located and that it is accessible by the game. Perhaps the game is looking in the wrong location on your PC since the update?

I also have this problem. The pictures are there, but the game crashes every time I try to access them.

Uploaded pictures are now located at:
C:\Users\user namel\AppData\LocalLow\Frozen District\House Flipper 2\Pictures
Save your jpgs to this location and new additions should show up in your game, adding them to the old location no longer seems to work as the game does not generate JSON files for them anymore.
Hope this fixes the issue for at least some people.

Yeah, no. I just tried this, a couple of times. I have about 6 or so that loaded and can't get any more than that to load. It's super frustrating.

My pictures are going to the right folder as mentioned above but any time I try to access them I get an infinite loading icon. This has only been happening since the last little bug fix after the halloween update. Not only is it no longer making the JSON files, I can't even access the older pictures I had previously uploaded.

I have the same issue since Halloween Update. Endless Loading, cannot access the jpgs already saved at the correct location mentioned above. Very disappointing. Still doesn´t work although I deinstalled the game and reinstalled it. Nth. I tried to re-upload my jpgs to the folder we mentioned, nth. HELP needed

Hey, if there is a photo that has a very long name, it causes a loading problem.
Check the photos and shorten their names. Let me know if this helps!
