Grumpy face

Ever since the update I notice a grumpy face in the lower left hand corner sometimes when playing... Everything works fine, I just notice it sitting there... mocking me... Anyone else notice it?

It means an error occured and it's good to restart the game just in case
It will look different and have an explanation soon - now we just test is it displaying well :D

I get the grumpy face 100% because every time I log into the game I get an error report saying 'Game did not close correctly, restore last known property?
I have custom key binds and if I click on 'OK' in response to this warning my key binds revert to default settings - I have to click on 'Cancel' to retain my customised binds.
This has only been happening since the last patch and the appearance of the grumpy face, previously I had no issues having a custom set up.

Yeah it doesn't like my custom pics... It comes up when I open them. I keep playing, I save it myself and don't rely on auto save. Played for hours with no problems. Also after the update I restarted the game over so I could do all the houses again taking out stairs and fixing roofs. I will redo it again after they add blinds and carpets. It only takes me a day to get all the perks from scratch.

I have that grumpy face when i got to a house that working on, its the second time renovating the closed restaurant. I reinstalled the game but it still comes up as soon has i load my purchased house. it also happens when in a new game and finished my first job also got the emoji. not too happy with this game.

My own pics folder has been refusing to even load since 19th Feb...also get the grumpy face all the time! :(

Exactly the same issue here every time I play the game.It all started after the last bugfix update too.

I'm having the same issue...it just sits there, whining at me. I still get that "Game did not close correctly" error message whenever I log in to play, even though, if I hit "Cancel" (not "No"), it loads me back at my office, everything working perfectly fine, but as soon as I go to a different house, the grumpy sad face appears and mocks me...I completely shut my desktop down every night, so it essentially gets rebooted every morning, since it has to boot from shutdown. And, uh, the face persists.

I don't understand why this wasn't a problem before, nor why it is now an issue, nor how to resolve it since I'm not a programmer...This is why I don't like games being "updated" every five minutes - half of them are just fixes for the other half that break things that weren't previously a problem!

I'm not having much faith in this ever actually getting resolved, since the day/night cycle in House Flipper 1 is still broken! And that sucker's been an issue for months. -_-

I dont get any messages at all just the stupid grumpy face.
