House Flipper 2 - Support Guide 🔧

If you encounter some problems with the performance of the game, we've listed some tips that can help and will work immediately to get you back in the game and enjoying it!

- Verify the integrity of game files: Go to Steam Library > right-click on House Flipper > Properties > Local Files Tab > Verify integrity of game files.

- Reinstall the game.

- Try installing the game on a different drive / different directory!

- Check if your graphics card drivers and system are up to date.

- If you are using external mods such as "WeMod" disable or remove them from your computer to see if they are the ones causing problems in the game.

- Crashes/infinite loading -

Firstly, check if your PC meets the minimum requirements of the game. Start Steam and in the upper left corner you can find a tab "Help". From the dropdown menu choose "System information”.
Remember that the minimum requirements to run the game may change after getting some DLC.

Minimum:
Operating system: Windows 10 64bit
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5th 1st gen / Intel Core i5 7th gen
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
DirectX: Version 11
Storage: 6 GB of available space

We also recommend using the Task Manager (pressing Alt+Ctrl+Del) to monitor your GPU load. You can lower the in-game FPS limiter to keep your GPU load under 90% at all times. However the lower you set your FPS limit, the fewer frames per second will your graphics card produce. Thus the game won’t run so smoothly, but overall you will give your graphics card some room to breathe and reduce the load.

In case problems still happen, as a last resort uninstall House Flipper completely.

Don't forget to back up your profile on your PC or in Steam Cloud!

Then make sure to remove all related files from both the Documents and AppData folders before reinstalling the game.

- FPS drops or lags -

You will need to lower the graphics settings and disable advanced graphics options:
1) Start the game. In the Main Menu go to the Settings and Display tab. Then turn off the V-Sync.
2) Then in the same tab lower the Frame rate limiter.
3) Go to the Graphics tab and change the Graphics preset to lower quality.
4) If your PC supports FRS or DLSS, in the same tab you can change the Dynamic resolution mode and the following options to lower quality.

- Can't finish job -

This problem is related to weak graphics cards and Before/After mechanics.
You can disable it in the game settings. We are trying to optimize and fix this problem on an ongoing basis, so please check the situation after every update if is everything right!

- mod.io -

I can’t connect to the mod.io!

Please check if you have a stable internet connection and turn off any VPN programs.

Why the mod is not displaying/loading?

Refresh the community tab, and if the mod still does not display, try adding it manually. Sometimes, the mod author uploads a house incorrectly.
