Lingering Outlines
I have noticed that when things are moving there will be a lingering outline, this especially happens with the painting (it leaves a weird trail) and if I turn on the TV (the outlines will remain) they arent solid or complete outlines, they are very thin and disappear quickly.

Go into the graphics settings and at Dynamic resolution mode set "none"
