We're checking that, thanks for the report. I suppose that photos should reappear if you load the property and save it (i.e., by pressing F5). Could you confirm that, please?

same here no photos even the folder was removed from all 3 of my profiles.
I opened one of my sandbox creations and resaved it - it showed taking pictures and then the file in the menu regained it's pictures but the sub folder "photos" did not reappear so I do not know where it saved the pictures to.

It seems they were moved but I cannot find them. (I searched my entire harddrives for jpg's with old format were it had the property name - none were found) so are then now being saved within the house file?

I think the photos are now stored in the .house file since before the patch my file called 940 Hickory.house had a file size of 307 KB after just now resaving and retaking of pictures it shows new save file size is 8329 KB

PS. I liked having them as jpg's before since I could use them/post them easily elsewhere and especially when I posted to mod.io I could zip them and upload as you wanted 3 or more pictures for the contest.

It takes new pictures if you resave, but I have a lot of properties. It's kind of a bummer to have to go through them all and save if I want the pictures back. It's okay though. Stuff happens.

Yah and I miss not being able to use the pictures jpg files for other things.

I could be wrong but I'm guessing the pictures being saved in the files now may have to do with the 'before/after' pictures that people requested they want to see them even after they finish a job or sell a property. Earlier they added before/after pic to jobs but you could not see them ever again in archive etc.

Also I'm seeing a lot of people saying their games are crashing during picture phase of save game or when they finish a job in story (which does the before/after pics) or do a save. I have not had the crash but only did the new job.

I hope it also means our full set of pictures may be automatically added to mod.io if we post sandbox houses there - I posted only one there but getting more than one picture was a real trial.

Anyway may be some issues with the new file format for photos.

I have the same problem, all of my photos are gone. And to have to go into each of the houses and retake the photos, that's a huge lot of work that I'm not looking forward to. If you guys make changes in the way things are saved, then you have to take into account how much work we've already done, and what such a change would mean for us. Changes like these do not make me happy at all.

I can't even take photos in sandbox mode because the preview screen is just blank!
