Infinite Money Exploit
After completing your first full house flip (the beach house), the call from your boss keeps repeating over and over (talking about the run down houses website) if you enter one of the assembly tutorials and exit it. Along with this, you gain an additional $25,000 each time this is repeated, leading to infinite money.

Update: I was experiencing the bug while doing the clock assembly. After doing the picture frame assembly, the bug seemed to stop (no more call and no more money). I had also saved the game so this might have been what caused the bug to stop.

Had the same bug. Also, my funds restore everytime i switch houses, so i could spend everything in one house and when i came back to the office got the money back. The modifications on the other house were all saved, so its an issue with the money only
