Auction bug: One buyer only, selling at a loss

Hello.
I have a problem with the auctions. Whenever I want so sell a house, there is only one buyer. Formerly there where three ( I have unlocked the feature for this). But now its just one. The same one. And all my houses are sold for a loss. It doesnt matter what I did on the property, Im always in the negative.
Is that a known bug? Can I do something about it?

I'm perked up too, but I don't get more than one buyer either.

From my experience, you will only get 1 buyer if the resell value is negative or extremely low. I also wondered this too until I actually furnished houses, and then got 3 buyers.

I have the same issue when auctioning the house. I only saw 3 buyers, one time, the rest of the time it is only 1 buyer. The profit I was getting is high when selling when I see 1 buyer. If I cancel the auction and auction the house again, the same 1 buyer with the same name will reappear. There seems to be a bug with the buyers when auctioning the houses.

Yep I've now got this problem. I'm going to stop playing it now until this very annoying bug is fixed.
