Everything is dark in the game.

It is as if the game was developed in a stage with the lights off. Everything is dark. I thought I had to turn on the light and look for the switch in the dark. But I tried to start the first mission and everything was dark too.
Something is not working. Please, can somebody help me?

Mess around with the graphics settings in game until you find one that works for you. That was the thing that fixed this for me.
