Browse customb houses from inside the game

Hi,
the latest patch notes say, it is now possible to browse custom houses from inside the game. To me this sounded like I could be in the game and just get a custom house from mods.io downloaded straight into the game. But does not seem to be the case. So what does it mean?

Custom houses can only be found in Sandbox mode, not Story mode

As Braveheart said above. Sandbox mode, Mods section (up top), the tab with people on it (Community).

There are some cases when the mod doesn't download at all, but this probably means it's been taken down by the creator. In that case, just try downloading another.

They do have custom jobs but there doesn't seem to be an option to filter, or any indication if they are custom jobs or custom houses. Unless I'm just missing it.
There is a filter on the website mod.io

Kiki, the community manager, has confirmed in another thread that the dev team are aware of the problem and are going to patch it soon.

Still need to have an account linked to mod.io to be able to use it ingame
