Indeed some of the development choices for House Flipper 2 were vastly different from what players experienced with the first part of the franchise.
We still stand by those changes, as we feel like in the end, most of these new choices either improve the gameplay itself or provide a higher amount of expandability and create more of a future-proof design.
On the other hand, the before-after feature, for example, is something we gave up on, but it clearly seems that a ton of players want it back, so we will definitely look into our options here.
Appreciate your feedback a ton, saves me time and disappointment. I saw a picture by a dev of how it looks on the steam deck to confirm it works on the unit, it looked ugly… but I told myself it’s just pre-release images so there’s still hope, looks like I was wrong.
Sorry to hear that the choices made by the devs is also choices now made by players to walk away from this game. Oh well.
Glad I’m not your friend.
Same.
