Game runs terrible on high spec PC
The game feels like a slideshow on my PC even when graphic set to high. I have a fairly high spec PC to.

CPU 5700X
GPU 3070 TI
RAM 32GB

Should i refund or is there a fix?

Hey, Not sure if this'll fix your problem too, but try checking if your game is running in exclusive fullscreen. If it is, change it to windowed borderless fullscreen.
This fixed sluggishness/low fps for me. Hope it helps! :)

performance isn't good, the demo already didn't run well, might be a bit better now I think. Still I only get 60-80 FPS with RTX 3090 and Ryzen 5800X at native 1440p

I have the same gpu and a 5800x and same ram and I'm getting 165 fps in most areas. Might be a driver issue? I've heard the latest nvidia driver is awful on some games. Other than that the game runs totally fine for me.
Try turning global illumination down to low as I knocked just this down from high and gained about 20fps and noticed next to no difference.

People wanting 80+fps in a single player, non multiplayer, not a twitch shooter, not an fps ( first person Shooter ) game......

3090ti, 5900X, and 64GB of RAM. I do not have any issues with performance, playing in windowed borderless fullscreen, set to ultra minus motion blur and bloom.

3060, 32gb RAM, i7 10700KF CPU, no issues with performance with settings set to max and motion blur off. Don't get below 80FPS. Don't really need more FPS for a decorating game.

it's still a first person game and much more comfortable to play with high refresh rate/ fps
and the game's visuals don't really justify the performance, also when compared to the first game which runs super smooth

This solved everything. I am now able to play on ultra at 60 fps no problem now.
